One of EXIT Realty's pioneers is John Farrell.  John first bought and developed the EXIT region in upstate New York.  In addition, he is one of the most productive agents in all of New York having closed over 3500 transactions in his 35-year career.  Owning the brokerage, EXIT Realty Homeward Bound, John brought his son Robert in, taught him the business then turned the brokerage over to him.  Robert, like his father, is an amazing producer that took the company and doubled it in size and production.
