Floyd Wickman is an icon in the real estate industry.  There is no one like him.  Floyd started his speaking career in 1979 after being a real estate salesperson and office manager in Detroit, Michigan.  Structure and accountability have been the basis for his development of strong agents and managers.  This interview brings us back to the basics which have always worked and which Floyd believes still work today.
